Sigung..........Teacher/Grandfather
 ..........refers to
your Sifu's teacher. Since your Sifu is like your father, and his
teacher is like his father, it makes a Sigung your kung fu
grandfather.
Sifu..........Teacher or
Master/Teacher or Tutor
 ..........refers to
a Master Teacher, or someone who is a master of his craft. In kung
fu, your Sifu is like your father, in that he teaches you all
aspects of becoming a well rounded man or woman. Sometimes even
taxi-cab drivers in China are referred to as Sifu, because they are
the most skilled at getting you to where you need to
go.
Sibak..........Teacher/Father's Older
Brother
 ..........refers to your teachers kung fu brother that
started his training before your Sifu, which makes him your kung fu
older uncle.
Sisuk..........Teacher/Father's Younger
Brother
 ..........refers to your teachers kung fu brother that
started his training after your Sifu, which makes him your kung fu
younger uncle.
Sihing..........Teacher/Older
Brother
 ..........refers to your older kung fu brother, or a male
student who started training before you
did.
Sidai..........Teacher/Younger

male student who started training after you
did.

 ..........refers to your older kung fu sister, or a
female student who started training before you
did.
